F. C. Alderdyce has purchased the North Fork hotel and 200 acres of land of F. G. Bartholf. Mr. Alderdyce takes possession forthwith and we know whereof we speak, when we promise that the public will be well cared for under the new management. Mr. Alderdyce generally wins out in whatever he undertakes. ⧉
